Walking counts. Gardening counts. Chasing a bus counts. 🚶

"Fitness" usually conjures a gym, a treadmill, maybe a specific number on a scale. That's a narrow slice of it. Underneath, fitness is really a handful of separate things: how well your heart and lungs handle effort, how much force your muscles can produce, how freely your joints move, and how much energy you actually have left over for the rest of your day.

None of that requires a gym membership. A brisk walk builds cardiovascular capacity. Carrying groceries builds real strength. Stretching after sitting all day protects mobility. A structured gym program is one way to work on all of this at once — a genuinely good one — but it's not the only entry point, and treating it as the only "real" option is exactly why a lot of people never start at all.

This track treats fitness as something you build through movement in general, with structured training as one strong option among several — not the only door in. What matters far more than which door you pick is whether you keep walking through it.
