What Would You Do Without a Goal?

Here's a useful question: if there were no fitness goal attached at all — no weight to lose, no race to train for, nothing to prove — what movement would you still choose to do? For some people that's a walk with a podcast. For others it's throwing a ball around, or getting on a bike for no particular reason.
That answer is a strong signal, because it strips away obligation and leaves whatever's actually left standing. Activities people only do for their health tend to evaporate the moment motivation dips. Activities people would do anyway tend to survive a bad week.
This doesn't mean the answer has to be some hidden passion waiting to be discovered — sometimes it's genuinely mundane, like walking the dog a little farther than strictly necessary. Mundane and sustainable is a better foundation than exciting and abandoned by week three.
What question does this lesson suggest asking to find low-dread movement?
Activities people would do anyway, without any goal attached, tend to ____ a bad week.
This lesson claims the answer to 'what would you do without a goal' must be some exciting hidden passion, not something mundane.
